As early as 15 BC, the Romans recognized that the panoramic view from Kerenzerberg can be combined with a strategically good location. The project plans to resurrect the former Roman watchtower on the surviving foundation. The residential tower will comprise three one-story apartments with separate access. A large central living room leads tologgias on two sides, with views extending from the Grisons over Lake Zurich to the Uetliberg. Two bedrooms are positioned on both sides of the living room, whereas the kitchen and bathroom are integrated into the thick, roomy outer wall.
